Shipping & Returns Policy

We want every order from Fyre & Flow to arrive safely, beautifully, and with the care it was crafted in. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what to do if something goes wrong.


Order Processing Times

All candles are made in small batches in our Bountiful, Utah studio. To ensure quality and freshness, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for order processing (not including weekends or holidays)
  • Slightly longer processing during launches, promotions, or market season

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once it ships.


Shipping Information

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • Most orders ship via USPS or UPS.
  • Transit time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery speed is out of our hands — but we will always help however we can if issues arise.

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number first. Carriers often experience seasonal slowdowns.


Address Issues & Delivery Problems

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If there is an error:

  • Email us as soon as possible at hello@fyreandflow.com
  • We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping payment to resend.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care packaging your order — but occasionally things happen in transit. If your candle arrives damaged or something is missing:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

Once reviewed, we will happily offer:

  • A replacement item (when available)
  • Or a refund/store credit if replacement isn’t possible

We want your experience to be perfect — reach out and we’ll make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

However, if there is an issue with your order, or if you are unhappy with a product, please contact us — we truly want you to love your experience with Fyre & Flow.

  • Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

Please email us before sending any items back so we can authorize the return.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look around mail areas or alternate delivery spots
  • Contact your local USPS/UPS office — they often can help locate it

If the carrier determines the package was misdelivered or lost in transit, we’ll work with you on next steps.
