Fyre & Flow is a small-batch candle studio based in Bountiful, Utah. We pour each candle by hand and thoughtfully curate scent collections for:

How Our Wholesale Process Works

  1. Submit a Wholesale Inquiry
    Share your shop details, location, and what you’re looking for. You can reach us through our Contact page and select “Wholesale Inquiry,” or email us directly.
  2. We’ll Review & Respond
    We’ll follow up with current wholesale pricing, scent list, and any additional questions we may have about your space.
  3. Place Your Order
    Once details are confirmed, we’ll create an invoice or ordering sheet outlining quantities, scents, and total cost.
  4. Production & Shipping
    Orders are poured, cured, and packed with care in our studio before being shipped to your shop.

Throughout the process, we’re happy to suggest bestsellers and seasonal blends that resonate with your customers.

Order Minimums & Lead Times

Because we pour in small batches, we keep our wholesale structure friendly to both new and established shops.

  • Opening orders: We recommend starting with a curated selection of scents and sizes so you can see what resonates in your space.
  • Reorders: Typically more flexible and can be tailored to your bestsellers.
  • Lead time: Most wholesale orders ship within approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on order size and season. We’ll confirm the current lead time when you place your order.

If you have a firm in-hand date for a launch or event, please let us know as early as possible so we can plan production accordingly.

Pricing, Payment & Terms

Our wholesale pricing is designed to support healthy margins for your shop while reflecting the care and materials that go into each candle.

  • Wholesale pricing: Provided upon approval of your wholesale inquiry.
  • Suggested retail pricing (SRP): We share SRP guidelines to help keep pricing consistent across stockists.
  • Payment: In most cases, payment is due before production or shipment. Details will be included on your invoice.

Custom Scents & Special Projects

Looking for something more bespoke? Depending on timing and capacity, we may be able to offer:

  • Curated scent selections for your shop or event
  • Special runs for seasonal promotions or pop-ups
  • Collaborative projects for branded gifting or limited editions

Custom and collaboration projects typically require additional lead time and minimums. Share your vision with us, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
